NICHOLAS RERICH – YOUNG ARTIST. 2020. Chamotte.

The sculpture captures the impulse for creativity, readiness for active work, inspiration, daring of Nikolai Konstantinovich at the beginning of his career. In 1899, the 25-year-old artist is full of energy – he paints the series “The Beginning of Russia. Slavs”. For this work, in his workshop in Izvara, he was captured in the photograph, based on which the sculpture was created.
