 Helena Roerich is known to the world for her example of devotional service to the ideals of humanity, an example of the expansion and refinement of consciousness, awakening of the fires in heart – fires of love, mercy, compassion, creativity, courage, overcoming.

 The role of the works of H. Roerich in the evolution of our planet is a great scale. From 1924 to 1928, Helena Ivanovna participated in the Central Asian expedition, including the regions of India, China, Russia (Altai), Mongolia and Tibet. She was the only woman who went the hardest way of an expedition of 25 thousand km. According to the results of the expedition, in 1928, Helena Roerich became the founder president of the Institute of Himalayan Studies “Urusvati”, she gave mankind the Secret Teaching of the East, the synthesis of the spiritual heritage of past centuries.
